SHIPPING
What is your return/exchange policy?
 
Please Note: All Items are FINAL SALE due to the nature of product category.

What if my product is received defective/ damage?
If you received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. You must contact us at sales@kisseslingerie.com with details of you order invoice and damage or defect. 
Do you provide international delivery?
 We currently only provide shipping domestically within the United States via USPS. 

What are the delivery options?
Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days from order placement. All orders are shipped USPS and take 1-3 days depending on your location and local postal delivery. Please allow 3-10 days from order placement to receive your order. 
Local pickup is an option. You will receive an email with pickup details after order is processed. 
Where is my order?
A tracking number is provided on all shipped orders in an email. If you have not received your order, please use the USPS tracking number to locate your package. If you receive an email stating that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please track it and see where your carrier indicated it was delivered. If it is not there, please contact your local post office and if necessary, file a claim. Unfortunately, once we ship your item and provide a tracking number, the item is no longer the property nor responsibility of Kisses Lingerie. 

 

Can I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, after your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled. We do not offer changes to any order after payment has been processed.
